NB. This is Martin by Timberland - not to be confused with Martin by Horncastle, which lies about 8 miles to the east.
Situated Turn off the A153 where signposted for Martin. One mile brings you to the church in the centre of the village on the left.
ParkingThere is limited parking near the church door for disabled people. Otherwise roadside parking nearby.
AccessAccess from the road is by flat gravel. there is one very shallow step into the porch and a protable ramp is available. Therafter the floor is flat, there is one step at the chancel. If the chancel setp is a problem, we are always willing to provide someone to help you, or to bring communion to your seat - please let the sideperson/churchwarden know what you would like.
Service booksNormal hymn books (Hymns Old and New) in moderate sized print. Some service books are available in large print (17 point or greater).
AudibilityA hearing loop has been installed into the church.
GeneralA classical 19th C. church. Seats just under 200 people in pews.
OpenAt service times, or by arrangement. Occasional open afternoon - last Tuesday of each month, when people are invited to enjoy the stillness, and perhaps say a prayer or light a canlde.
